The role of Administrator is to manage the
office and disseminate information to directors and affiliated members of Table
Tennis
Duties will include administration and
clerical support including correspondence and general enquiries. Receiving and processing payments, maintaining the Sage accounting
system, updating the website and co-ordinating travel
arrangements for players and coaches.
Successful applicants will be well educated
with excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and
Access. He/she will ideally have knowledge of website maintenance and Sage
accounting, however on-job training can be provided
for this.
Applicants should be well spoken with a
friendly manner, be motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
